On any given day, I'm using 5 or more different web-based software apps to automate billing, analytics, reporting, customer management, and a variety of other business processes. SaaS apps make the world go round – or at least, they help automate your business. I suggest working with the tool on a free trial and asking your employees how well they're able to use it.
